In all honesty I have not been here very long. I can see that perhaps the walking areas should be a bit more well lit in the total black of night. I do walk outside frequently at all hours since I have a toy poodle and am a bit of an insomniac. Yet I have never felt insecure while walking about. A few residents with pets should be more concientious about disposing of pet waste. I have seen a poopy pile or two but far fewer than other apartment areas I have either visited or lived in prior. It surprises me to see any negative comments posted yet they appear to be from a couple years ago... The staff have been most excellent to me. Nothing has broken down so I have needed no repairs. I am impressed with how well fire safety seems to be taken into consideration here. Many places I looked at had little to no overhead fire sprinkler safety coverage. There was fresh paint and new carpet in here. The appliances are not brand new but in good working order and well kept. I have no complaints. My unit is a ground level unit. The only sounds I hear from above would be water running sorts of noise. I moved here from a leased house within two miles of these apartment homes...This is much more quiet than the neighboring houses with road noise were. I work as a writer and artist from home so enjoy quiet to create. My unit is very near the children's play yard. Even the few after school hours families congregate there with children playing are quieter; and more pleasant sounding noises than the nasty loud engines, yelling teens and young adults with trash mouths in my previous housing area. One can seldom choose a neighbor. It helps if you behave appropriately and live near other good neighbors. I will add pictures when I get a bit more time. I do have a disability and usually can get a disability accessible parking space here. I also have a garage attached to my unit. Garages for vehicles or storage are priced above unit prices.
