my father is military, and with being military, and having to move to another state, all ppl of law that matter know that if your tags are from a different state and are expired you will not get towed or be given a ticket and you can practically park ALMOST everywhere without that worry because you have that right. Not these apts. my father and mother and lil sis came to visit me for the weekend, in the contract it mentions your tags have to be up to date, but it never says anything about military so of course you dont really even think about it b/c police officers honor this right, but NO, NOT THIS PLACE, we woke up that sunday the day that they were gonna leave finding that my fathers truck was not out there, we thought it was stolen at first just because of everything that has happened, than we were like lets just hope it got towed so we called this number finding out it was towed, the towing company was not any help when finding out my father was military, treated it like it didnt mean anything, so my dad paidtalked to the head manager and she was rude to him telling him its not her problem he should of known and how she not gonna do nothing for him... this apt does not honor the military and treated it like there was nothing to honor, but my father fights for these ppl who run this damn establishment and there response for his car being towed was IM NOT gonna do nothing to help... what do you think about that???how the hell was he suppose to know when we didnt know they didnt honor military rights!!!!!!

I think this person's complaint is ridiculous. We are military too and I would never think its okay to drive around with expired tags. They make it very clear when you sign a lease that you will be towed immediately if your tags are expired. Maybe instead of expecting special treatment because you are military you should ask questions so there are no surprises.

This complaint is the dumbest thing I've ever heard I'm military also but what does being military have to do with having expired plates if anything I'd expect them to have up to date plates more then the average person, how about having some integrity and honor. It's people like them expecting special treatment that make the rest of us look bad
