This would not be a bad place to live if a NEW management team was hired.

The current manager will rent an apartment to anyone who can come up with a deposit and first month?s rent.

This complex has some very unsavory tenants living here.

My lease is up soon and I will be out of this dump!

I do agree with the previous post. I used to live in this complex in 847-D and the tenant above me made my experience there a living hell. He was noisy and let his kids run and jump and make all types of banging noises constantly. Kids were also always hanging outside my door making noise and leaving trash all over the place. Neighbor also played loud music for hours on end and was very disrespectful. This seems to be the type of neighborhood where people let their kids roam free and they have no control over these little ghetto monsters. I am so glad to be out of that environment. God bless anyone who has to live there.....

I currently live here and have been without AC for almost a week now. On top of that it's been the hottest it's been in 10 years over the last week and a half! The management here does not care and neither do the owners of the complex. If the owners cared they would have new management that actually took prode in what they do. I was told that the new owner was going to start taking care of the things that were wrong and remodeling all the units, that was in March, it's August and I still haven't seent them do anything. NEVER move in here!
