Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
The place has been renovated and completely turned around. You can get a 1 bedroom for about $450 or a 2 bedroom for $550. What I like is that water is included and it is all electric so my only utility bill is Electric. This works great for my budget...the best value I know if in Charlotte. Come take a look and be my neighbor.
