I have lived in Tyvola Crossing since the opening in the summer of 2005. I have had very minimal problems. It can get somewhat noisey at times but not for long and not late into the night. Lots of kids in the community so playing outside is a given. Office and maintenance personnel are WONDERFUL! Always willing to help in any way possible. Once was a problem with breaking into cars, when it first opened, but not anymore. Neighbors are pleasant, besides a few minor noise concerns from upstairs, but that's to be expected at times. All around great community for final steps to howm ownership. LOVE IT!!
