Where do you start in a place that is this bad' I think I'll start at the entrance: the gate. The "security" gate is made of a rain gutter that the mullet maintiance men probably ripped off the side of the building. These guys are great to work with if you have a steady flow of beer on hand...and if you like "you might be a redneck" jokes. The grass is never cut (except around the model). The pool was closed for over half the summer due to some mysterious reason (probably any mix of STD's). It's quiet around 9am cuz everybody is still passed out from the nite before; but when they are up gun shots are sure to follow. The apartments are dirt and look like they were built 40 years ago but are actually like 8 years old. Anything I didn't cover'....other than mass drug use and random rapings and care towing....I think that is about it.!!!
