This place is ok if you like living the wild and dangerous life. There are always people who don't live here lurking around and using the facilities. A few months ago, I was in my room and my roommates and I heard howls and all kinds of noise. Looked out and people were fighting and throwing people over the iron fence. A few hours later, I looked out the window and saw a few guys jumping on someone's car, beating it w/ a bat. This is a party place. I've even seen security walking to the parties w/ a beer in their hands. I've witnessed a female getting a DWI right in front of my apt. My new car which I've only have had for a month already has dents on it from careless non-drivers. I stay near the clubhouse, so there is always beer bottles and cups filled w/ piss near my car and my door. Management is pretty nice, moody, but ok. I and two other people got locked in the F^@king clubhouse because they didn't tell us they were closing, so the alarm went off for about an hour. They have a descent roommate-matching service. The internet works whenever it feels like it. Cable channels get stuck (sound and picture two different things.) This place is nothing but a big JOKE. Move in @ your own risk. As I type, someone is yelling outside the gate....DRUNK AS HELL! Needs improvement- if improved on violence, noise, and car theft this place would be a big bang for ya buck, LOL!!

PS. Danny the maintenace man is great. Always there when I need him. He's probbly the best thing UClub has to offer.
