I was visiting my son recently. I found his apartment to be clean and well kept. The grounds however left something to be desired the amount of broken glass, cigarette butts and trash at the dumpster was disappointing. I have another son in Raleigh and compared to the cost, location and the actual townhouse this place looks awesome. However if the residents who wrote the negative comments in regards to parties, rapes, sex in the pool and DRUGS, call the cops!!!!!! You guys have laws and rights to protect you. Please start logging your complaints and get this stuff fixed, notify coorporate. If you feel you are not safe call the police, it may take mutiple formal complaints, but if I am gonna pay this much $ for my son a place to live I expect him to br SAFE!!!! I beg you if you actually know of criminal activity notify the authorities. If you can't get management to do there job bypass them contact the Better Buisness Bureau, police and coorporate offices etc. This is your home right now, dont be a part of the problem be the solution!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the info. Encouraging and supportive to know that I am not the only parent who is displeased with management's lack of action and responsibility to provide a decent community.

I agree! My son has tried over and over to get issues resolved and the manager "always" says it is the first she has heard of it. I call her and she tells me she knows everything that is going on. I have contacted the Preiss Company in Raleigh so please call too(ask for Dewana Falks) and let her know your experiences so Iwill not be the only one with these issues. Can't wait for my son to move out! It is horrible !!!!
