The management here at the complex lie and bs their way through problems. When another adult such as a parent calls the office in reguards to an issue they tell the parent what they want to hear so it makes their child look bad. They promise issues will be handle soon and it takes them 3-5 months to handle. Drug problems in the complex are also bad and security is lazy and does absolutely nothing. They do not stop guest to ask them where they are going when they are let in the gate by residents and this still allows them to park inside the gate. I work late and finding a parking spot anywhere near my apartment is a pain. I do not feel safe walking in the low lite areas at 3 am. The way of communication in this place is a flyer on your door which half the time never gets delivered b/c it probably blew off or someone else took it. Maintance is ok and tries. If there is a problem with cable or internet it is the tenant's responsiblity to take care of it.
