I don't know where everyone gets these horror stories, but it's not so bad.

1)The parking situation has improved a lot, since management decided to keep visitors parked outside the main gates. Although you still get the -------s that take up two spaces.
2)Simple maintenance requests have been taken care-of in a couple of days, IF you submit the request through their resident website.
3)If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood, this is NOT IT. Expect at least 1 party a week spilling outside an apartment. It sucks balls, but that's college life.
4)Yes, there's been 1 or 2 cars broken into, I know about. The rest, is the crap you bring onto yourself by doing stupid ----. ie. getting your apartment broken into because you were dealing drugs (rummor).

So basically, if you can put up with ----, it's not so bad.
If not, you'll have to pay more somewhere else.
