Notice how all the party lovers are the ones writing great reviews... For people that don't like partyin' 'til the AM... this isn't for you. I keep complaining about how noisy it is but nothing gets done. Not to mention, if you come home late, don't expect to park outside your apartment because you will be out of luck. Countless times I have had to park way down the road because there suddenly doesn't seem to be any parking. Nobody gets assigned spots, so when people invite their friends over, which is about every night, you have to wait to get a decent spot. Also, the spaces are so small, and there isn't hardly any room to back out without hitting cars. Visitor's parking gets completley filled up on weekends because of so many parties that aren't monitored or told to be quiet even though we have police walking around at night, and the nice large entrance gets turned into a one way road. Also, a ton of trash is always in the yard because the people living here could care less about neighbors and just throw trash wherever they please, and then when the yards get done, nobody picks trash up, so then your yard looks littered with confetti. They send out notices about how you need to clean up after your dog, yet they don't tell people to keep their dogs on their leashes... I go outside and have to deal with dogs in my yard doing their own business, and no owner in sight. People don't care about how noisy they are, and come rolling in here with their stereos turned all the way up, and sit in the parking lot for half an hour with it blasting rap music. I have been here for several years now, and I am just fed up with this place. When I complain, the office staff seem clueless and tell me it is being taken care of but it never is. My boyfriend hates to come over because of how crappy it is, and I agree because I go to his place just to escape. I will say that the place looks really nice on the outside, and they do a good job of keeping everything looking nice. However, they bump rent up and give away free stuff in the clubhouse all the time for anyone which could be nice but not for people that have a fulltime job while going to fulltime college... Then what' We get nothing. Not to mention, they will try to get you to sign a lease by promising all this great stuff, and then come up with excuses about how what they promised to you suddenly doesn't apply to you. That's my say.

i've lived here since may and don't have a problem with it. a lot of your bad experiences have to do with being uninformed. for example, you know where you're going to live before you actually move in. i went to the office about a month before move in day for new roommates and they had already placed the people in my apartment. if you call and ask, they will give you your apartment and you can go visit. Yes, the street becomes small because of parties but take a look at all the other complexes around here that don't have gates. would you rather have a spot inside to park and deal with a "one way street" for like five seconds or not have a place to park at all because all the visitors from parties are taking up your spots? there is NO complex around here that doesnt have parties going on all the time and if you think that then there are serious issues. The internet screwing up isnt UClub's fault, its NTC. they're the ones that provide the connection. The parking spots are NOT tiny. clearly you havent seen some of the other complexes around here! if people learn to park straight (as with every other parking lot) then there's no problem. you have black rings around your toilets because you dont CLEAN them. every toilet gets dirty if its not cleaned, obviously its not the damn toilet or apartment complex's fault if your toilet gets dirty because you dont clean. you live in a city, things will get stolen if you leave them outside no matter where you live. notice how most of the porches are bare for that reason. so really, u-club isnt that bad. you clearly havent seen the majority of complexes around this area...if you did and experienced them you would be grateful that you live here.

Clearly I have. I have been to most of the places around here, and don't seem to find these problems. I am a cleaning freak, so the fact you are telling me that the toilets getting black is because I don't clean is a lie. You are probably someone that works inthe office anyway, because they love reading up on these and commenting back in defense of this whole place. I would like for you to come out here and try to park in front of my place without hitting anyone... YOU CAN'T... That is why I have to park away from everything. I love how you don't even know who I am and feel like you should defend this place and tell me that it is all my fault. I know someone that lives at University Terrace, and I think honestly I would rather live there. Their appartment is nice, they pay $325 a month for everything, and parking is plentiful. Right now, I don't have a place to park at all because people still let their friends in... When I asked what place I was moving in to, I got told one number. When I finally came to move in, they changed it that morning... I didn't get a chance to see the place since uh.. they changed it at that moment.
