Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Very Bad.
The staff is rude and inefficient.
The online payment website doesn't work and they charge you for no paying your rent.
The office is randomly closed for meetings three times a week.
The staff avoid discussion and say the person is not here and will call you back but they do not.
They don't do anything for loud party animals.
The security is there to ask you not to sing in front of your house but don't do anything for violence or drug.
