GHETTO! AVOID at all costs!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Student held at gunpoint, Fall 2004; fights every weekend throughout the complex; poor lighting in parking lots; many cars broken into; constant police presence due to violence and crime.
Landlords are crooks and do not fix problems.
I lived in 2 different units under 2 different landlords and the story was the same. Terrible customer service though they will contact you if your rent is even one day late!
Overall: an awful apt complex.
