Get what you pay for From: Phoenix43 Date posted: 8/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Lived there for two months. Roommates were loud but that isn't the appartment managers problem. Walls might be a bit thin no amount of insulation would keep out that kind of noise. Parking is fine, location is great. My manager keeps his stuff in decent repair and the area in general is decently maintained. However it is a bit old.
