Most dangerous place in University area!

I lived at University Terrace for 6 months, am I am luck to escape with my life. In that time two of our friends were robbed at gunpoint outside our doorstep on the 3rd floor, I witnessed a drive by shooting at the next building over (after the claim to have put up security cameras), my friend's car was stolen and never found, not to mention the millions of roaches and nightly loud music. Please, PLEASE I beg you, don't let your kids or friends or yourself be put in such a dangerous situation and AVOID UNIVERSITY TERRACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Hopefull the city will condem this run down dump and rebuild something else, like they have with projects such as Piedmont Court.
