the complex is ok.not great not bad.There are tenents who are not worthy of having their own place. you can let that bother you or not.The association takes good care of the grounds.everyday there are beer cans, cigarette butts, and misc. garbage around but they clean it up quickly.If you had more tenents with respect for where they live this would be a good affordable place to live.
