ive lived here a year and have no complaints. i feel very safe here and occasionally there's security that patrols the premises. mostly college kids here but some mature tenants as well. very few kids. the landscaping is nice and maintained throughout the week. very affordable and convenient living!!!!! its right across the street from uncc campus.
