U-Walk is a good place to live for a few months, but not for a year. It is nice to be able to walk across the street to class, very nice actually. Ricky the property manager is good and very helpful and so is the maintanance man Mike. Friendly staff. The apartments are more like a glorified dorm room. Dont plan on sleeping because everyone living there is loud and thinks its normal to bounce around and play music at 3 or 4 am on tuesday nights. Your friends will have to park on a street outside of the complex or they will be towed within 5 minutes. You have one guest pass that will inevitably get lost when you let someone use it and they drive off with it. If you want to have someone over, they get their car towed and have to pay over $100, it will happen too im not exagerating. If you think you like the party atmosphere it will get old, because if you go to one in there it will be all guys and youll more than like leave with a black eye and a bloody nose if your lucky. The furniture is terribly uncomfortable and there are no windows except for the bedrooms in which no sunlight will come through anyways. You cant tell if its raining or a bueatiful day. If i turn off the lights on a sunny day the living room gets pitch black, so plan on sleeping during the day and not going to class and banging on the ceiling or walls all night to attempt to get your neighbors to shut-up, which will not happen. Other than that enjoy. Im sorry ricky
