University Walk

Beware! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   University Walk, is a rip off for what you pay, 420 to live in what is basically the same as on campus housing. Only if you don't like your roomate they won't let you move. The staff doesn't care if you have issues with noise or parking. The only nice thing about this place is maintance. The internet sucks bad, and forget about dl music they have no bandwidth and they report you if they catch you. You hear everything, people steal from your balcony. Your right next to the projects. It's not even worth the convience of being able to walk to school. I would rather drive then live in this ghetto place.
