1. ntc communications should have never gone into business. the internet is horribly slow, and the cable vaguely works, but if u like snow, then by all means.
2. being a 3-4 year resident here, things have changed for the worst. when i moved in, all staff was helpful with every situation, whether maintence issue, billing problems etc. Now, in the past few months, there have been murders, rapes, break in to apartments and cars. Yeah, we did get a security officer, but has that done. The complex gives you a false sense of security, along with the office, there has been a gate installed which is more hindering than helpful, rushing to install it, has left many ways underneath the gate which people still enter. We were told that there would be a post at the front put up in mid-february, but 2 months later, still no sign.
3. The staff- never had a problem with any of the staff members until this year. Everyone who worked this deskand maintenence have done an extrordinary job. Even the previous property manager went out of his way to make things more comfortable to live here. This year we had new managers take over, and problems started arriving. On no effort had they tried to fix or solve any problem with me. Nothing has improved over the past year and I believe the problem starts with them. They are never around when you need them to be, never available to talk until they feel the time is right.
4-parking-besides breaks and stolen vehicles, parking well pretty much sucks. Simply put not enough spaces for the amount of people that inhabit the vacinity.
