This place sucks. Crime here is very bad. My neighbor's apartment was broken into and they were shot and beaten. One of my roomates was mugged at gun point in the parking lot. Another night over a dozen cars were broken into including my roommates. Others people in the complex have been car jacked and raped. Rent is going up to around $480.00 in 2007 for a "security" fence that has taken a year and a half to build, and it still is not finished. And trust me the fence is nothing spectacular. The management sucks, and they refuse to talk to you. You can see her sitting in her office and she still declines to speak with you. The only good part is maintance, they are nice and fast to fix things. The contract you sign contains an energy and water cap that is contracted through an outside company called CONservice, that is based in Utah. They suck too, they don't know their ass from third base just like management at the complex. So when you go over your cap you have to pay extra money to them. The security officers have been non-existant for the past few months, management won't tell us why. Parking sucks too not many spaces and sometimes people get towed by the towing company even with the parking stickers on their cars. Don't stay here unless you want to be a victim of criminal activity. My advice is to find some friends and go rent a house near the University or stay on campus.
