This Place Is Terrible!

This is the worst place you could chose to live. The rent is way too high for the quality of the apartments. The Management is never there and most of the staff has an attitude problem. We've had to go and complain a number of times to get things done or fixed. They will also trap you into resigning the lease by telling you in December that if you don't renew by a certain date they will raise your rent for the next year, and then come out with "exciting new low rates" which were the original price. People have parties all the time and are way too loud. They even threw beer bottles at our wall outside our windows. And we also had people trying to break into our apartment, while we were here. People leave their trash in the hallways for days at a time which attracts bugs. Parking sucks, the spaces are way too small. They put up a security fence, but it doesn't even work right. One car goes in and like 5 can follow right after it. Or It just breaks. They also closed off the back gate so you have to fight the insane University City Blvd traffic to be able to go anywhere. However, there are security alarms, but I still do not feel safe. The only good thing about this place is the maintence men, they are nice and you always see them working. Do not live here... There is a special place in hell for people that take advantage of poor college students.
