Everything was cool til my ceiling fell in...literally

Soooo I'm not gonna lie, I actually liked living here for for the first few months. But then in January of 07 my bathroom ceiling fell in. The people above us let their tub overflow and yeah my ceiling caved in. I understand that thats no-ones fault but the people above me, but it took maintance a month to fix the issue. Then in October we were suddenly bombarded with ants... actually the whole building was. We had a horrible ant infestation for 5 months then finally after losing residents and tons of complaints they had a real exterminator come( not that fake one they were originally sending). Shortly after that we found out that we were lucky to only have ants because our neighbors were suffering with termites that were eating holes through one of the bedroom walls. The noise at this property is ridiculous always loud, always partying but that is what happens in college communities I suppose. In some places you get what you pay for... this just happens to not be one of those places. I'm not encouraging or discouraging anyone from living here. Walking to class was great. just wish I could say living here was the same. I won't say much about the staff except that their helpfulness comes in spurts and their non-chalant attitude toward residents that help keep them employed is annoying. Overall I would sorta say this place sucked...but my standard of living my be different from yours. If you don't set your standards or hopes too high then you'll love this place.
