This place is absolutely horrible. The office staff are not professional at all, i.e. the managers will go out and get hammered with other leasers, they don't return phone calls, and they get rude when you ask any sort of question. Most of the staff are misinformed 98 percent of the time, therefore, leaving you misinformed when you have any issue. The gate is constantly broken so its pretty much useless and the dumpsters are always over-filled, which makes the community look - and smell nasty. The place is out of control, i.e. people riding bikes or roller blading literally, around the pool. The air conditioners are cheap and break easily, and the staff will tell you to stick it out and put you on a waiting list. Not good when its 98 degrees out and its cooler outside then in your own home! The smoke detecters or alarms are constantly beeping or going off, which gets very annoying. You only get one parking pass which sucks if you have more than one friend that wants to come over. They have no problem towing cars in a heartbeat if you don't have a pass, which is a quick 100 some dollars down the drain. I could go on and on! Just take my advice and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
