Hopefully before you move in to this "hell hole" you will have the opportunity to read all of these reviews and know that each and every single one fits "Hell-Wood Apartments" to a T. I know this because each of these complaints listed below are also MY COMPLAINTS.... The rent is cheap... thats what enticed me to move into this place but that price isnt worth the price of my life. Heres what ive had to experience at my "wonderful creekwood apartment"

3 Armed Robberies in the parking lot 2 of which people were SHOT

no parking whatsoever! good luck finding a parking spot ANYTIME of the day especially during mornings (dont count on any of these section 8 leeches getting up early for work in the morning)

Heaven forbid you bring nice "purchases" into your apartment.. every tom, ---- & harry will be eyeing it to see what he can rob you for

My neighbor across the hall was robbed blind! (his own stupidity) but you shouldnt have to worry about being robbed at the first opportunity where you slip up.

Thugs, hoodlums, drug dealers and god knows what else hang out in all areas of the property.

Security officers on an ego trip! It seems that they harass the "non-majority" more than they do the ones who are actually up to no good.

*Btw... Non-Majority (minority) = White people for every 10 "Colored" people you have 1 white person

1br apartments packed with 5 people (isnt that against fire code')

Management who dont care about anything but their paycheck.. who cares if your refridgerator dont work.. they still get paid their check at the end of the week regardless if you can keep your ice frozen.

But all in all you get what you pay for..

But before you hand over 1 red cent to creekwood drive thru here at around 10 pm at night and ask yourself if this is a place you want to lay your head down at night.
