when i moved in i was so please because it was my first apartment...had i found this website first i would have stayed my ass at home with mom! lets start with the neighbors. getting out of my car every night would have been a smoker's dream! every day walking to my a apartment i would damn near catch a contact from all the weed smoke my neighbors did on their balcony. then they would blast music all hours of the night and its like they slept outside. also, the insect problem was very annoying. i saw bugs i never knew existed and the more they sprayed, the more bugs i would see! maintenance was horrible because they would never fix anything, just patch it up. my psycho es boyfriend wouldn't leave me alone or give me back my key so when i went to Joe the manager to tell him i wanted to move, he almost had a fit! i would not recommend this place to anyone who does not want to live in a ghetto environment, does not do drugs, blast loud music all the time, and does not want to endure insects as a part of their life!
