Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
When I first saw these apartments I thought they looked nice and clean. I should have done more investigating. The "creeks" are putrid..I have no idea how the fish and ducks survive. They do not do any noticable upkeep on the grounds...trash on the ground, few flowers and needs fresh pinestraw. The place is overrun by low income people and the police are there constantly. When we moved in not only were the closet light fixtures hanging out of their sockets, we noticed that instead of replacing the kitchen countertop THEY SPRAY PAINTED IT!!! For the amount of money we pay you would think the management would put a bit more effort into the place. Maybe they too have given up.
