Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
"Random acts of vandalism" - tires slashed; windows broken on vehicles, keyed cars & trucks, car windows written on with "sharpies-magic markers". Charlotte-Mecklenburg police; Mecklenburg Sheriff's Department out here quite frequently. SWAT TEAM (2006). Tenants that have lived here have now moved to other places (smart). Will be leaving soon as well.
