The previous manangement was a little slack but ok. The new management company is full of it. They posted a handicapp sign in a parking spot after my husband parked there then called a tow truck to tow his car ($250). They are never in the office. We were supposed to transfer to a diff. apt when our lease was up but they somehow lost it when we went to them 3 times since new management has taken over. So we turned in a notice to leave 2 days later they put a note in our mail box saying that we havent given notice and may be fined for not giving a 60 day notice. When asked about the transfer they first told us that they were renovating and that the price would go up almost 100 dollars then they told us they werent doing any transfers. They then sent out a letter saying that if we were even 1 cent late they will file eviction papers. They leave the office early every day and the manager is never there to talk to.They suck and now Im starting to see people who have been here for years move out. the management is horrible.
