This new Management is the worst I have ever experianced in my life. They never answer the phone. If you go into pick up a package you have to go through hell and back after waiting for 30mins just to pick up something. I have hated this place before but this is getting worse and worse. I'm from New Orleans, LA and I feel safer in the nineth ward with my front door wide open VS in creekroach with the door locked and 5 double bolts on them. Not to mention raoches that look like they are on steriods and will beat you down. Then they have the nerve to double the water bill and go up on the rent.
