I have to say in the beginning it was great but as we started calling it home it slowly twisted. The neighbors on the side of you would turn up their music and calling the courtesy officer would cause no help because of their attitude. The neighbor s upstairs would throw down their garbage leaving a terrible smell as you walk out of your door. The pet friendly environment they call it has animal poo everywhere (smells horrible in the summer time) the so called playground that is meant for the kids has been broken and never fixed. There is a officer in the building that is suppose to feel safe but tell it to the Monthly/Weekly letters of warnings of vandalism and theft of car's. On top of all this if there is anything that needs to be fixed there is a maintenance person to try to fix it...over and over again. If you reside here for over 2 years there are no more smiles or assistance with anything you need help with. With all the paper work that comes into the office and that special 1.) It takes them up to 2 weeks to take it out of your account 2.)There are special fees that they do not tell you about making you go to your bank. 3.) Your account is still not updated so don't try to pay anything earlier as a convenience for yourself. After all this is said and done don't let a family member send you a package because you'll never be notice (only with the exception of that person who sent it to you notifying you.) Near the beautiful pool that is so shown the rules are never meet so be prepared to see people cannon ball and dive right in after they have gotten up from their beer neither there table. (Sounds great huh!)-After all this is said and done if you can get through these things then you are a strong person who loves challenge's. If you wish to relax I would reccommend a hotel
