I have lived at this apartment complex for almost a year. I have never had any problems. Most of the office staff are very niceand helpful. The pool area is always clean and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There are a few problems with visitors parking illegal, but the office staff is always glad to help correct the problem. The grounds are kept neat. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Its a horrible place.NOT a family environment,a broken down playground, college kids EVERYWHERE, weekends are horrible because when you try to relax because of your stressful week at work all the neighbors are partying and being typical drunk/stoned college kids.The parking is an issue,it sucks and is inconvienient. NO ONE follows the rules stated in the lease agreement.People take their pets out front,INSTEAD OF IN THE BACK to do their bussiness, there's fastfood trash EVERYDAY by the entrance, in my staircase. The staff is horrible and RUDE. The maintanence is horrible and will go the CHEAP route to "fix" ANY PROBLEM. The parking is horrible. The noise is OBNOXIOUS. And I can't even break my lease cause its 3months rent. Its a scam, and they spring fees on you randomly, anything to get money out of residents..
