I've lived here for two years and and moving out. I lived here until 2008, the pull down arrow won't let me change it from 2007. I don't recommend it.

Parking: plenty, as long as you don't mind parking beside the apartment instead of up front. It's not very well lit and definitely is not secure.

Noise: People drive through the complex with their music so loud it shakes my walls. They do the same sitting in the parking lot and in the car care center. You can hear everything your neighbors say and do through the walls.

Grounds: Dog poop, cigarette butts, trash, and beer bottles everywhere, except the "future resident tour area." There is something green growing in my breezeway and a huge black stain that maintenance has been asked to clean 4 times now over a period of several months and its still there!

Safety: the access gates have been up for over a year and still do not work. There are constantly car break-ins. Someone was car jacked in the complex, a gun was fired in the complex, and a police helicopter circled the complex looking for a suspect in a stabbing all in a two week period. There are constantly suspicious cars idling in the middle of the parking lots at 1 and 2 in the morning, looks like drug deals.

Construction: Wall are thin; no insulation; my front door is hung wrong and air, grass, and leaves get in; most windows are installed wrong and leak.

Maintenance: does nothing but wash his car. Does not complete service requests unless you complain to the office, the regional manager, and corporate. Doesn't know what he's doing when he gets to the request,. It usually takes about a week.

Staff: very nice, they tell you what you want to hear, apologize a lot, and then do nothing, even when a resident is threatening another resident.
