We moved in right when it changed to a colonial grand property and that was the biggest mistake. The people in the office will listen to your problems and tell you what you want to hear but nothing will be taken care of. The property is never cleaned, the only thing the maintenance cleans is his car. The walls are paper thin. They put up security gates but don't worry if you forget your pass because they never work and if they do just follow someone else in. That is how good they secure. We have been here 2 years and they have had 7 different property managers if that says anything for this place. We are moving out this month and would never suggest this place to anyone.
