Our apartment was a mold infested hell hole. The bottom apartment of a three story unit leaked water twice. Once the roof almost caved in during a downpour. We were unable to reach anyone on an emergency pager, so we had to call and call until we finally reached Brown Investement Properties themselves. ------------- is the manager and is totally worthless. We had items stolen from our patio and did I mention the apartment is coated in mold. It rained solid for 12 hours in that place with a major roof leak. The apartment people did nothing, but paint over the brown spots. The pool is always closed for some reason, and drainage is very poor. DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER....This place is a nightmare. Dont be fooled
