In regards to the person who wrote that they love it here...sorry, it?s not personal rantings...I do not understand why it is an "excuse" to expect no more than what Waterford Creek offers. I think that just because you are enjoying yourself there now, they will eventually mess up. I was the same way, defending them to every extent until they started slacking. AND it wasn?t slacking on my apartment, it was slacking on the appearance of the entire apartment complex. I personally think that anyone who wants to come and rate an apartment on here, their opinion should be taken liable, it gives people inside information on what?s going on here. If your other neighbors are impressed, then they should also come on here and say how much they love it here...otherwise to a potential renter this place is not good enough....I still stand by my opinion. This place is God awful, and I wouldn?t risk this on my worst enemy to live there. However, that?s my opinion and that is why this place is called aptratings.com. My opinion is no less lacking than yours, it?s my personal take on the place and it DOES count.
