I am a current resident here and I have no complaints. I feel that if you are a high profile person, then you will draw negative attention no matter where you live. I know many of my neighbors who also love it here. I have never felt unsafe or threatened in this community and I absolutly love the people who live around me. It is unfair for people to review this community negatively because they do not always get things done their way.I think anyone interested should check out the community for themselves and try to understand that these bad reviews are nothing more than the rantings of a few people, who?s problems had nothing to do with WHERE they lived, but were more a consequence of HOW they lived.

I drove a '93 Honda Accord that was broken into so they could steal my 3 year old gym shoes and other gym necessities. I wasn't living the high life. It has nothing to do with that. Waterford Creek is in a part of town that is prone to criminal activity. My last year there (06/2004-06/2005), the management changed at least two times. Now the last management team was good. I had been trying to get a showerhead replaced for 2 and a half years with no result. They changed it within a day of the request. Anyway, it seems that Harris Blvd (the section that starts at the Plaza and ends at Independence) has been getting worse. I lived along that road for six years. That area has become prone to criminal activity.
