This apt. community is awful. I just found out about this website, and I still can't believe that someone had the nerve to say that they love it here.

They must have this place confused with some place else. I have lived here for a couple of years, and the only reason why I don't leave is because my rent here will never change. I, however, have found something better and will be leaving in October.

Let's start with the staff, the apt. manager and her staff are so lacking a professional attitude. They stand outside by the pool and smoke cigarettes and gossip about the neighbors. It is childish and uncalled for. I know this for a fact, as I was standing there getting my mail, they were talking about some of my neighbors. They are disrespectful, and advertise a movie theatre, that no one is ever allowed to use. The basketball court is a joke, and so is the tiny exercise room. The appearance, as another person has said on here, is AWFUL...they have just recently replaced the shutter on the building, and that was because they had a sign advertising a special. They claim to do extensive background checks on people, however, one person has caught their own car on fire for insurance, a couple of people have been cited for selling drugs in our apartment complex, in a particular building that has the most children. They don't return your deposit, and others have been so disappointed that if I can catch people before they sign, I try to warn them ahead of time, that everything is not as comfortable as it seems. I would hate for anyone to get stuck here for a year, because the office WILL NOT work with you on anything. If anyone wants to know of anything else, please feel free to email me and I will respond as best as I can. Also, Waterford Creek can email me too, I could care less, as I also know they are the ones that probably wrote the review about loving it here!
