Just wanted to warn future residents that if you need to break your lease not matter what the reason (Job relocation) etc; you will be charged a crazy amt of Money. If you have more than 6 mths on your lease you will be charged 2 mths rent plus the consession fee. I had a job interview out of town I had to cancel because I still had over 6mths left on the lease and they would have charged me 2mths plus concession..close to 3000.00 Also if you have a room mate that leaves you and you cant locate them, you have to get them to sign themselves off the lease (key words cant find them)Also my roommate didn't qualify for the apt but has to sign themselves off the lease what sense does that make especially when they left on there on. So you cant go to a one bedroom or anything if they don't sign which gives them the right to come back at anytime. I used to like it here but I agree that the management doesn't care about it's residence its all about the almighty dollar.....Almost all complexes let you break a lease if its job related ..but not these people you can only break the lease for military active duty and you still have to give a mths notice ...how can you if its active duty uncle sam can call you anytime...which means they will still charge you 1mths rent .. so if you want to advance in your career and it requires relocation don't sign a lease here....as you can see there are more negatives than positives about this complex so use common sense...I wish i would have checked this web site out before I signed a lease here ....
