Due to a unexpected home sale, I moved into a friends apartment at Wat. Crk. Six years later, him long since married and gone, I find myself renting an apartment and selling real estate for a living. This is not the best part of Charlotte and the management does an admirable job of maintaining a balance of occupancy vs. problematic tenants. The owners seem to think they have a prime location. They have two great ladies, Tawnya & Amanda and the best service man in Don. I would recommend them to anyone, in fact I do.
