I moved into Waterford Creek because I was in a bind and needed a place quickly. At first I liked it there, but as time passed I couldn't wait to leave. Tawnya, the manager, is deceitful and will stab you in the wallet when you leave. Apparently she takes it personally-after all she has to pay for her Mercedes! She's NEVER there! Many tenants have complained about her but nothing gets done. Amanda (leasing agent) and Don in maintenance are AWESOME.

Neighbors here are very noisy; even though you're supposed to be evicted after 3 noise complaints, Tawnya will not make anyone move because she wants the $$$. The complex has been plagued by auto thefts and break-ins during the past few months and they're renting to anyone and everyone. This complex has turned from a middle class property to lower class! STAY AWAY!!!!
