It is now 2002 and things have changed. I find the office staff to be VERY friendly and helpful. They seem to know most, if not all their tenants by name, and that makes me feel like I matter to them. I have not had any issues that required the help of the management, so I will not comment on them. I have not had any problems with pests and the grounds are well kept, the garbage is not really a problem and there is a fitness center, pool, a movie theater and mountain bikes. This complex has a lot to offer.

I cannot lie, there have been a few break-ins, but all the tenants were notified the next day either in our mailboxes or on a flyer on our doors. But over all, I feel pretty safe.

I hope I won?t have to eat my words!!!

PS- I gave 3's for the Fitness Center, security services and rent increases because I don't use the Fitness Center, but it is there. Security services because I don't see them, and rent because I have not had an increase yet and I didn't want my rating to be low, since I love my apartment complex!!!
