I've been here since January. When I moved in the carpet was filthy, but it was replaced the next day. There are new people in the office, but they seem friendly. I don't associate with them often because of my work schedule. Noise has only recently been a problem because kids are out of school and teens are hanging out late at night. Maintenance responds quickly, usually the same day if your request is put in early. After 9pm it's hard to find a parking space. I haven't heard of any recent crime issues. Security does patrols nightly. I do know of the incident about the guy getting shot that another reviewer commented on. That was an isolated incident (i know him too) and not a random act. Overall, I think it's great. I would recommend it to friends and family.
