This is the most awful apartment complex I have ever lived in. This is my second year living in this complex, and I didn't have any problems there until this new management company was hired. They are towing cars left and right, trying to weed out the people they don't want there. They don't keep maintenance on their buildings. I had to write a letter to the office manager so the light in the stairway would be replaced. The neighbors are loud and nothing is done about that. You are up half the night b/c of all the car alarms going off and loud people arguing on the walkways. Just don't waste your money....I'm paying $705 a month to live in a dump. I've had the maintenance man come out on a weekly basis to fix things, but nothing is ever fixed. My toilets don't flush all the time and they always run, my dryer keeps breaking down, my garbage disposal clogs all the time, and the locks on my door don't work right. When I asked them to fix my locks, they just sprayed it with WD40 and told me that I would have to pay out of pocket to get new locks.
Just trust me, it's a waste of money.
