I love the new management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/21/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I have lived at Waterford for a few months. At first I wasn't sure because I could never talk to the manager that was there. They now have a new manager that is very nice a proactive when I have a problem. I plan to live here a long time.
