IF YOU YOU WANT TO WORK WITH A RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF...IF YOU WANT TO HEAR WHATS GOING ON IN THE PRIVACY OF YOUR NEIGHBORS HOMES; WHO LIVES UPSTAIRS, BEHIND, BELOW, AND ABOVE YOU.....IF YOU WANT TO HEAR EVERY SINGLE FOOTSTEP THAT COMES UP AND DOWN THE STAIRWAY....THEN WATERFORD CREEK IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!
This place is a rip off. They will show you their nice model home and give you an apt with filthy carpet, easily molded shower tile and windows, old washer and dryers,
and insect infected. The staff is deceitful and rude; especially the new --- guy they hired. You may think you getting a deal on apt when their ripping you off. For example I have a 1 bd/1 bth that was suppose to be a special, $600 when priced at $680. A few months later... they rented a 2 bd/2bth for $650!!!!
The worst part is they have rude disrespectful tenants that do not care about the flimsy, thin apt walls or the community. The noise level is high 24/7 and if you complain to management they will not do anything about it. I just think this place is a rip off and I want to save anyone from wasting their honest earned money with this place!!!
