Waterford Hills Apartments

Worst place to live even for free!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/2/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Lived in different apartments for about 8 years but never came across such mismanaged apartment complex.Not only the management staff at the apartment complex is rude and unorganized even the management at corporate office sucks. Maintainence problems dont get fixed. Cars broken into. People got robbed on the complex. Mold and mildew problem. Parking is a big problem. Noise problem is so bad that when the person next to us is taking shower feels like the water is running in your apartment..guess they forgot to put insulation!!!!!
