i moved into waterford hills in May 06' and i only stayed 5 months! The appartment was NOT in good condition, Upon moving in it wa sdirty and poorly maintained. The plumbing "bangs" in the walls. The craftsmanship is terrible! They seem to have cut corners every where.Also the parking lot and community is not safe! Security is weak at best. The only positive this was the staff. They were polite and helpful at the very least. They were always friendly and willing to give a hand. READ THE LEASE AGREEMENT if you choose to break it you will pay an unreasonable amount of money! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
