I used to live there around 2002 while going to school. In 2007 I thought I would give them a try while my wife and I are building a house. I got totally turned off when I called! I asked a few simple questions. I got very scripted monotone answers to questions like "what if I had a very noisy neighbor". They said in an extreme case I could switch buildings for a 100-something dollar "lease transfer fee". I went on to ask "how is the crime'" the answer I got was "the char-meck police website has all of the answers you need" - not really an answer. Needless to say, we did not go back to Waterford Hills. If they treat their current residents like I was treated on the phone, then it's no wonder they've only got a 50 rating on this website.
