I lived in Waterford Hills for over 3 years and I enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and they organize activities each month for the residents which gives people the opportunity to meet neighbors. The common areas are kept very clean. Crime is rare. If anything needed to get fixed, they would fix it the same day right away. The two most important reasons why I moved there was because of the huge closet and bathroom, and because it's very very quiet. Northlake mall is 3 miles away, and all the mayor highways are at a close distance. Stefanie Jackson was always very helpful with a big smile and willing to help all residents with their needs. Waterford Hills is highly recommended to all. Enjoy it!
